Talent XV is your recruitment partner for employers and candidates across the Netherlands. We combine job listings with a recruitment service, covering blue-collar and technical roles through to white-collar positions.

Talent XV grew out of something we already had: a large network of people looking for work, and employers looking to hire. Through flexible work with Event XV, we had seen many candidates do excellent work and move on to bigger roles, often without a clear route to their next job.

Talent XV is that route. It brings the network, the relationships and the experience together in one place.

Many people first work with us on flexible assignments while studying or building their career. When they are ready for a permanent role, we use our network to help them find the right fit, and we can speak for their work with specifics, such as how long they worked with us and what they delivered.

Candidates who have never worked with us are just as welcome. Everyone is matched on skills and fit.

Questions:

Flex is priced individually per request based on role, industry, and scope, with a quotation sent within 24 hours. Dedicated Flex Team and Secondment use a simple rate multiplier on the gross hourly wage that covers holiday pay, pension contributions, social premiums, and insurance: 2.5× for a Dedicated Flex Team, 2.7× for Secondment. So at a €15 gross hourly wage, that’s €37.50 or €40.50 per hour worked, excluding VAT.

Yes. For Flex, Dedicated Flex Team, and Secondment, we are the legal employer. Sick pay, pension contributions, insurance, and statutory costs are borne by us rather than by your organization.

For Flex, the assignment may be ended without severance or a notice period, with billing limited to hours worked. For a Dedicated Flex Team or Secondment, a term is agreed in advance; where a placement is genuinely unsuitable, a replacement can be arranged at no additional cost.

With secondment, we source and manage a specialist who works within your organization while remaining employed by us. With payroll services, your organization sources its own personnel, and we manage the associated administration and employer risk.

A one-off fee applies once a placement has been made: a flat €8,000 for technical roles, invoiced in two equal installments, or 20% of gross annual salary, including holiday allowance, for white-collar roles. No fee applies where no placement is made.

Yes. Flex, Dedicated Flex Team, and Secondment placements can all serve as an evaluation period ahead of a permanent appointment, and we assist with the transition when your organization is ready to proceed.

Flex placements are typically filled within 24-48 hours. A Dedicated Flex Team is typically built and onboarded within one to two weeks. Secondment placements generally take one to two weeks, depending on the specialism required. Recruitment follows a structured six-step process, usually taking three to six weeks depending on seniority.

For Flex, Dedicated Flex Team, and Secondment, we are the employer of record; payroll, tax filings, and benefits administration are managed by us. For recruitment, the individual is employed directly by your organization from the start date.

Elite athletes are placed with employers through our Dedicated Flex Team, Secondment, or Recruitment offerings, the three that give athletes the consistency they need, with working arrangements adapted to training and competition schedules. Standard pricing for the selected service applies.

Flex has no minimum commitment: a single request can begin without a retainer or long-term agreement. Dedicated Flex Team and Secondment involve an agreed hours volume or fixed term upfront.

As a general guide: Flex suits ad-hoc flexibility, a Dedicated Flex Team suits recurring, predictable hours, Secondment suits defined-term specialist needs, Recruitment suits permanent appointments, and the Topsport Corporate Program runs through whichever of the three, Dedicated Flex Team, Secondment, or Recruitment, best fits the athlete’s schedule. We are available to discuss the appropriate approach for your situation.
